Dont book for special occasions, staff completely incompetent. Turned up for a spray tan and was told my appointment hadnt been booked!!! awful.
Very friendly staff, probably a bit too friendly... Lots of chat but not so much attention to detail. My pedicure was rather superficial, & unfortunately I had to go home & finish it myself. My Acrylics were disappointing... Uneven & clumsy. I had to ask my beautician to redo a couple before I left, which she did happily. However, I really wasn't happy with them & wouldn't have them done here again or recommend. My eyelashes were nice but again I had to ask to have one side corrected before I left. Room for improvement here.
