Good communication and work was completed to a very good standard.
I sent my car in for a repair to the rear passenger door. I was provided a courtesy car at the time which was really helpful, after approx 2 weeks I contacted them to ask when my car would be ready as was going on holiday at the end of month. To be informed it would be ready the next week and I would receive a call. Called back the next week too be told car was not ready awaiting a new door and then would be painted (which was correct) however this was never going to be ready by the next week. Called the week after to be told car would be ready on the Monday/Tuesday and would receive a call. Called back car not ready be ready on friday as just needed final polish. called Friday as no call to be told it was awaiting to be primed etc. Called back the next week to be informed car would be ready on the Friday just needing a clean rang on Friday to be informed again car was needing paint to be made ready to clean. And it would be ready the next week, arranged a collection date and time on going to collect car was still not ready and was being cleaned,the car was returned this day clean, tidy and looking really good shame the communication let this company down
Both myself and my partner have taken a total of 3 cars here for repairs. From old to new. They have been brilliant, offering support along the way, and an exceptionally high standard of repairs. I would highly recommend, and wouldn't use anyone else.
Excellent best in Somerset by far. Fitted me in, turned around my car in 48 hrs and delivered it back to me as I couldn't get away from work! Who gets that kind of service anymore? Dan the manager at the site I went to was just brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
