Incorrect opening times on the website and the door! Phoned and told open for another 45 minutes so drove there for a test drive to find car had been sold, the sales person was tied up doing paperwork and they were actually about to close! It may have just been a series of bad luck but definitely don't feel inclined to spend 20,000+ there right now...

Worst repair and service we have ever experienced, after weeks and weeks of frustration, no returned calls, and further repair costs we finally after 8 weeks we got the car back but its still not driving correctly. We are very unhappy with the way we have ben treated and as a code accredited main dealer, the work carried out and service provided was appalling. Well surprise, surprise the following day the car has broken down again this will be the third time we have had to return it and another undetermined period of time without transport.
