This review is for Trustford Weston super Mare only. The staff as people are nice friendly, the premises are clean and presentable. Taking just the locally controllable elements I would give 4 stars but because of the system they work in I can't. Don't let that detract from the people at Weston they are really nice. It's there only good point point. I for one don't Trustford especially Cribbs and Ashton. I am a company car driver and driven of the brand's over 15 years and if I was spending my the service is so much a nice better experience elsewhere. The car Mondeo I really like better than a 320 but the Trustford service system is not for me. If I ran trustford I would try mystery shopping.
This place is a joke. If you need to fix your car take it somewhere else. Their customer service is the worst I've ever came across. They never answer the phone and the car takes ages to be fix. And if you ask for a courtesy car they never have one there. I am never going back to this shop again. They don't value their costumers.

Service department communication skills are non-existent. Feels like weve been spun a pack of lies ( need to get testing equipment from Bristol/Will order in the part /Been phoning around for the Part/ Think we know the problem) They had the car for four days and still couldnt give us a price for repair or confirm the results of the tests, they said they had carried out. It was a total waste of time taking the car there. Never phoned when they said they would and if you phoned them, they never answered or if they did, the person you needed wasnt available. A total shambles, I wouldnt take a pushbike there, let alone a car!!
Since I had purchased the vehicle in May, I have had 3 faultsThe turbo booster switched failed (I then rejected the vehicle under the 30-day clause of the CAR)The air conditioning system failed, I was told to that the warranty did no cover the fault if it was a re-gas, I paid for a private re-gas which subsequently failedI contacted the garage to have the fault repaired under the warranty, I took time off work to take the car to the garage, I was told I would have a courtesy car while the vehicle was under repair, when I arrived at the garage I was told there was no courtesy car available and would have to wait on the car being repaired, I did not have the time to wait so the repair was cancelled.The brakes on the vehicle are now beginning to grind on the disc drumI have never been issued with a warranty manual, therefor I have no idea what the warranty coversI believe trust Ford carry out a 75-point pre-sale check on all their used vehicles similar to the attached template, I was never issued with a copy of thisThe vehicle was last serviced in December 2017, My understanding that all new vehicles were serviced and recorded in the owners manual before the saleI am totally disgusted with the after sales customer service that Trust Ford given me, the financial Ombudsman have taken up my case and I am currently in dispute with Trust Ford Weston Super mare and the finance company
