I got a courtesy car through my insurance for which I pay a large sum every month .I only drove it for three days .I noticed when I was being shown the car there was no spare tyre provided and the assistant was quick to show me where the tyre inflation device was .Odd in extremis .Imagine how flat I felt when I returned the car and lo and behold there was a screw on the inside of the tyre on the front drivers side . I thought this more than a bit of a synchronicity given how it was stressed at the outset where the tyre pump was . 100 they stung me for an excess .Insurance or not I will never use this firm again .Something has a bad smell .
Done us over with a dent we didn't spot when picking car up. Not dealt with well and losing 100 excess. Money our family didn't need to lose at the start of summer holidays. Check your rental car thoroughly before leaving. And take pictures with staff present.
Hired from these guys.... couldnt have been easier..... they were friendly and helpful. They told me that if I took it back an hour earlier than I had booked online. I would save a days rental... thank you... I will be using Enterprise Weston super Mare again and recommend them. 5 * just isnt enough.
