Subsequent rental and the Firm scammed me for damage that was not incurred during my rental so I lost my deposit. When I asked to look at the damage in the vehicle they said it was all OK and I didn't need to see it. O How wrong was I. Don't trust the guys with anything. Photograph everything inside and out, especially the areas of the vehicle not covered by the paperwork like the inside of the load area in the van.
