The GP's themselves are fantastic, providing you can get one of the practice doctors as opposed to a locum. The receptionists are 99% helpful, apart from Chloe who seems to forget her job title and thinks she's medically trained... Which is both embarrassing and awkward.Much better service now they've (finally!) switched to Patient Access too.

Absolutely awful service was made inactive and was not informed! When phoning to make an appointment for more medication they then informed me and refused to give me anymore medication! The blonde short lady on reception was so rude and unhelpful! More like hitler! Would not recommend at all!!!
Very poor service rude receptionists and long waits. Even when in severe pain in my abdomin refused urgent refural to hospital. Ended up being admitted via a nd e after being treated by doctors at newcourt for acid reflux for 6 weeks. As a inpatient turned out I had a pulmonary embolism and an obstruction of the bowel. Worst gp surgery I have ever had.
Excellent Doctors surgery with up to date self check in system, two modern waiting rooms and toilet facilities. The doctors and nurses are excellent and getting an appointment is relatively painless. There is also a Day Lewis Pharmacy on the ground floor.
