You can only get an appointment to see a doctor on the day if you call from at 8am. I have been ringing for three days from 8am and it is constantly engaged. When you do get through all appointments are gone and are told to call the next day this could take some time.
Been with this surgery for 15 yrs..gone down hill toally within 18 months. Can't ever get through to make appoinment..management totally useless. Moved to another practice never been treated so poorly. If they can't handle the patients they have stop registering new patients. Makes no sense. Ive only seen my register doctor a handful of times in 15 yrs. Not good enough and I dont need to see a doctor regular. Good luck to new patients your be waiting a few weeks to get seen..disgraceful..sort it out Milton Rd.
As good as useless. Dreadful appointment management means that if your health problem is urgent, you'd be better off going to a hospital. Outrageous! I called at 8am and it took 22 further attempts to get through, when I was told, before 8:30, there were no more appointments. The Milton Surgery are leaving patients with nowhere left to turn and it's outrageous. Particularly if you are a working person, you will find it difficult to ever get an appointment. The doctors and nurses are very good, though.
I want to say a big thank you to Gerry at the surgery. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my prescription today after being messed around with the pharmacy. Very professional and efficient. I got the tablets tonight. Thanks again.
Fantastic surgery. Friendly receptionists, attentive doctors and excellent care. I cannot rate them highly enough.Edit: change from 5 to 3 stars. I cannot book my daughter in for her immunisations. "We are fully booked for the next 6 weeks - try calling back in three weeks." Fingers crossed she doesn't catch one of those deadly viruses over the next few months whilst I wait for an appointment, eh. I do feel this surgery has gone downhill in recent months. A real shame.
