Its alright
Do not use this arcade. The manager clearly has a chip on his shoulder about something. Possibly the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced in my life. First of all. When kindly asked to exchange a small pink guitar for a yellow one. The answer was no. A very nice experience after spending 8 attempting to retrieve a 20p toy.Secondly, the 'rapid fire' machines . During gameplay, the rapid fire became stuck through normal gameplay. At which point the manager was called. To which, he then stated that the games were for children only , and to try and use the 'rapid fire' in a more slow fashion. I'm so glad I'd just spent 20 in the establishment. I won't be spending another penny in the arcade, and I had planned on spending lots more money whilst on a short visit.Also, arcades are fun amusement for any age, and not simply for kids to enjoy . In fact, if you look at the majority of people playing, then are 18 and above. They're the ones with the money. It pains me to know that this guy can get on in life with such a terrible attitude towards customers . If you do not want to be in the service industry, do something else . Also, don't be arsey to customers that are looking to spend money, it's business 101 that the customer is always right. Do not use .
