Loads to keep children occupied - slot machines, ghost train, bumper cars, mirror maze - you name it, they've probably got it. Can get very busy and you'll very quickly spend loads of money on all the different rides! But worth a visit all the same.
So pleasing to see a pier refurbished in a tasteful modern style to meet 21st century tastes. The investment has paid off. On a cold winter's morning there were plenty of visitors strolling along or enjoying the plentiful amenities. Brilliant!
One of the better piers left in UK. At first not sure about the 1 entrance fee, but it was tidy and clean inside. Good selection of arcade games to keep you entertained if you like that sort of things. Really like the electric go kart inside. That was really fun, and great for a family duel.
Definitely one of the best places I've been to for amusements. Plenty of machines upstairs and down stairs, loads to do and plenty of places to eat too. There are some nice views from both sides of the pier and you can see Cardiff from the pier too. Only tiny little gripe was having to pay a quid to get on the pier but you'll soon get over it.
Visited New Years Eve so unfortunately part of the arcade was closed for an event that evening. Some of the bigger rides are pricey if you have a family to pay for but generally had a great time. The pier is in great order and lovely for a leisurely stroll. The central covered area is a great addition if unlucky with the weather.
