Terrible experience here. I have been coming to this dentist for 2 years and never had any issues. I had to have an emergency appointment lest week to have a plate re glued but sadly my usual dentist has left so I was given an appointment with another lady. On arrival i tried to explain the situation and said lady just kept cutting me off. I said I had the dental work done here and she insisted it was never done there and then proceeded to look at my medical records and say "I can see on here you had a concussion last year so thats why you must be confused! I was so shocked I was speachless, someone in such a profession should never speak to anyone seeking Thier help like that. I had a concussion 6 weeks prior to my appointment and my memory is absolutely fine. She then proceeded to re glue my plate getting glue all over my teeth and mouth saying "oh I've made a mess" not "sorry" or any form of acknowledgement. It was like I was a slab of meat on a chair. My plate was glued completely out of line, she never asked me to bite down to check or anything, just got me out of the room asap. Absolutely vile. Even her dental nurse looked embarrassed. The reception staff are lovely but I would never comecback here again.
Needed an emergency appointment and was seen the same day. Then had a follow up appointment the following day, and everyone I saw was lovely and helpful.
You'll be lucky to get an appointment here, you call and have to wait 1hr to 1hr 30min to someone to pick up half hour as no1 in the queue don't waste your time here so many better dentists around weston
TERRIBLE SERVICEI registered in September 2016 as a NHS Patient . Following the closure of my dentist.However the check up lasted 5 min rushed thru and my teeth was not cleaned. On the 13th April again very rushed no care to detail teeth not cleaned On the 19th June attended with chipped tooth at no point was i given advice or an option and the tooth was removed.Today i have had a 2nd opinion by another dentist and been informed my teeth needed scaling and polishing. I should of been offered alternative options before the tooth was extracted.I am now taking this issue further with the evidence i have been given
