Never really been a lover of dentists but I've been won over. My dentist Laura is brilliant. Nothings too much trouble and she shows genuine concern and understanding. Great place to go if you have dental problems.... Would recommend houstons to anyone
although I had the worst toothe extraction ever for the poor dentist plus I was petrified my dentist today Adam was brilliant so patient with me - I also saw the hygienist which is definatly recommended to get your teeth looking amazing also the reception staff are so lovely and helpful I will never be a fan of the dentist but all the staff make it the best it can be so thank u
Fantastic dental practice! I switched to The Houston Group when I relocated and I've been very impressed. The service is excellent, professional and friendly. The practice is split between three buildings, with the hygienist at the back, next to the car park. Best dental practice in Weston super Mare in my personal opinion.
Having worked in the dental and medical profession in Harley Street of London, I took advice as to where to take me elderly mother, who suffers with dementia, when she moved to a care assisted home near Weston-super-Mare. She has now had a few visits to the practice and I cannot recommend this practice more highly. Mrs Houston and her team have been kind, reassuring, professional and caring. Nothing has been too much trouble. The practice is spotlessly clean and professional and I have no doubt has an excellent CQC rating.
Never have I spoken to such rude receptionists...little tip ..put the phone on quiet when you talk about a patient I heard every word ..another tip yes I do know what work I need doing you don't ,your a receptionist...
